What Happened?

In 1972, eleven Israeli athletes were captured and held hostage by Palestinian terrorists. At five a.m., the terrorists knocked on the door of the athletes. The coach answered the door. Two athletes tried to protect the other athletes while they escaped. Three were quickly killed in the apartment. The other nine were soon captured and killed by the Palestinian terrorists. Then, five of the eight terrorists were killed. The olympics were then put on hold. Then, the international olympic committee president said the games had to continue. The Germans believed that this event occured as a post to World War II.
